We specialize in medication management. If you need weekly therapy, we’ll help you connect with a trusted therapist in your state.

Yes, when clinically appropriate and compliant with federal/state telehealth regulations. You must attend at least one face to face video visit every 30 days while on controlled medications.

Request refills 7 days before you run out to allow for provider review and pharmacy processing.

We offer a 10‑minute grace period. No‑shows or cancellations < 24 hours may incur $50 fee; see our cancellation policy.

We’re in network with Aetna, BCBS Michigan PPO/HMO, Optum/United, Cigna, and others. Use the “Insurance Verification Tool” button, then click “Add Insurance” to confirm coverage.

We can provide a superbill for you to request reimbursement from your plan. Self‑pay rates are listed on our fee schedule.

We ALWAYS advise that you check with your individual insurance plan and company for your individual benefits to determine your expected cost and it is your responsibility to be aware of what your insurance covers.  We recommend taking the time to do this as some specific insurance plans have high deductibles or do not have mental health benefits

FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY**** To assist you in determining your cost – if you are in a plan with a deductible or co-insurance, please reach out and we are happy to provide the commonly used codes so you can check with your insurance to have an estimate of the cost for your visits. Yes. All sessions are encrypted end‑to‑end and comply with HIPAA. We never record visits without written consent.

Only your treating provider and essential care team members. We release information to others only with your written authorization or when legally required.
