1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our telehealth services, website, or electronic communication systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Nature of Services

We provide virtual psychiatric mental health care, including assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic support. All services are provided via HIPAA-compliant video conferencing and electronic systems.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old or legally authorized to consent to psychiatric treatment.
• A resident of a U.S. state where we are licensed to practice.
• Not experiencing a psychiatric emergency (e.g., suicidal or homicidal crisis). If you are in crisis, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. No Emergency Services

Our services are not intended for emergency care. We do not provide crisis intervention, emergency evaluations, or 24/7 availability.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your health information is protected under HIPAA. Please review our full Privacy Policy [insert link or reference] for more information. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee 100% security of electronic communication.

6. Telehealth Consent

By using our services, you consent to receive treatment via telehealth. You acknowledge understanding of the risks and limitations, including technical failures, confidentiality risks, and potential miscommunication.

7. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require at least 24-hour notice. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee.

8. Fees and Payment

You agree to the fee schedule provided during intake. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made. We accept We exclusively support commercial insurance and electronic payments to promote environmental sustainability. Cash and check transactions are not accepted.

9. Prescription Policy

Medications will be prescribed based on clinical judgment. Controlled substances may be prescribed only when appropriate, and only in compliance with federal and state laws. Misuse may result in termination of services.

10. Termination of Care

We reserve the right to terminate the therapeutic relationship if:

• There is non-compliance with treatment.
• There is abusive or inappropriate behavior.
• Our scope of care is exceeded.
  You will be provided with referrals as appropriate.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and communication systems is the intellectual property of Inner Healing Consulting, LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

12. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where we are licensed and provide services. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable local and federal laws.
